We were referred to DCON Renovations by a neighbor and were impressed from the start. The process was streamlined, and the quality of work was top notch. Our project manager, Shiloh, was amazing—friendly, communicative, hands-on, and attentive to our needs. He addressed any concerns promptly and always displayed the highest level of customer service. We were also impressed with our site crew, who were very solutions-oriented with any minor hiccups along the way. The final product completely met our needs and our customized requests. DCON Renovations is truly exceptional at what they do, and there’s nothing they can’t handle. Shiloh and his team just finished renovating our foyer/entryway, and we’re absolutely blown away by the results! They did an incredible job — even with our somewhat tricky request to include an arch in the design :) From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and on time. I had a great experience working with Shiloh and the team on a full renovation of my New York townhome. The project included refinishing the hardwood floors, updating three bathrooms, a kitchen refresh with a quartz countertop and maple flooring, and even converting the old radiator system to a modern HVAC. They also renovated part of the basement, adding a new bedroom and full bath. Despite the usual surprises that come with renovating a 90+ year-old home, the project stayed on schedule and was handled professionally from start to finish. The craftsmanship throughout was excellent—especially the tile work in the bathrooms, which I absolutely loved. I'm really glad I chose this company and look forward to working with them again for my next basement project

Shiloh and his team recently remodeled both our main and guest bathrooms at the same time — all while we were still living in the home. It was a big job for us, but they made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The crew was professional, respectful, and really mindful of keeping things clean and organized, which we appreciated since we were home throughout the renovation. Communication was great, and the work itself came out beautifully — exactly what we had hoped for. We worked with Isaac and his crew on two exterior projects for our brownstone, and they did an amazing job. Isaac was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions along the way, and he always took the time to explain things clearly and never made me feel like I was asking too much. The work was done on time, the quality was great, and they were super respectful about keeping the area clean and safe. What stood out most was how they took our ideas and added their own expertise to make the final result even better than we imagined.
